Our standard training plan includes 2 comprehensive training sessions. The first session takes place at the commencement of the product trial, and the second session takes place at the time of product delivery after an order has been received. We aim to train all regular users of the product over these two sessions. We also train a nominated ‘Product Champion’ to capably deliver additional training throughout your Trust. For large projects and for Trusts with unique needs, we can create a bespoke training plan that suits your requirements. For example, for a Trust-wide product rollout, you may require a training session for each department, which we can facilitate. Please contact us for more details.
