1. How does the ImageFlow sliding platform work?

The ImageFlow stretcher has a market-leading 490 millimetres of longitudinal slide on the mattress platform.

2. What different configuration options are there?

There are 10 different configurations of the ImageFlow stretcher, with options on:

  • The number of mattress sections
  • Base orientation
  • Platform width

3. How long does the battery last? How long does it take to charge?

The ImageFlow has 2 12v batteries and a 24v charger.

Depending on how much the functions of the stretcher are used, the batteries should last a complete shift.

 

4. How much does the ImageFlow stretcher cost?

As standard, the ImageFlow stretcher costs £9,666.00 exc. VAT.

5. What is the SWL of the ImageFlow stretcher? What is the width and height range?

The ImageFlow stretcher has an industry-leading 320kg Safe Working Load, making it suitable for bariatric patients.

The mattress platform has a height range of 595mm up to 995mm, and a width of 740mm.

6. What procedures is the ImageFlow best suited for?

The ImageFlow Stretcher is designed for use in Pain Management, Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy Departments. That said, the ImageFlow is relevant for almost any procedure that involves a C-arm.

In this case study with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, the ImageFlow is used in the Cardiology Services department, for procedures involving Device Implants, such as single & dual pacemakers, IR implants, temporary pacing wires, and S-ICD systems (Subcutaneous Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators).
