Methods of purchasing the Raizer Chair

Over the phone or via email

Who else enjoys picking up the phone and having a chinwag with an automated answer-machine?

No-one?

Yeah, me neither. Believe it or not, you can call us on 01473 741144 and actually speak with a human being 🙂.  That’s right, we’re still here and our jobs haven’t yet been taken over by lifeless chatbots.

Ordering the Raizer over the phone is quick and easy – we’ll simply run through a few questions to make sure the Raizer is definitely the most suitable solution for you, and then we can take payment and get the order dispatched and with you in a matter of days.

If you would prefer to email, you can email us at [email protected] with your requirements and you can expect a response within one working day.

Through our website

Both Raizer chair models, the Raizer 2 and Raizer M, are able to be purchased through our website and can be purchased on their individual product pages, which you can find here. This quick, secure checkout process involves filling in your details such as Name, Address, and of course your payment details.

If you’re a private individual or you’re from a charity, we can also take the VAT off the Raizer order as part of the checkout process – you’ll just need to fill in a simple VAT-exemption form which will come up as an option once you checkout.

Once you have completed the order, you will receive an email confirmation, plus a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.

Through NHS Supply Chain

If you’re from the NHS and looking to buy a quantity of Raizer chairs, chances are you’ll be considering ordering the NHS Supply Chain.

Both the Raizer 2 and Raizer M are available to purchase via NHS Supply Chain, and the product codes are as follows:

Specific scenarios

There are some specific scenarios that can result in a slightly more involved buying process, which I will go over below.

If none of these scenarios hit the nail on the head with your specific case, all I can do is apologise and ask you to contact us on the form at the bottom of the page with your needs.

You’re from an ICB, looking to do a falls project

If you’re from an ICB and looking to do a falls-related project, you’ve come to the right place – we’ve made it our goal to eliminate all ambulance call-outs to minor and non-injury falls.

Typically, the process would be for us to have a conversation with you to establish what it is you’re looking to achieve with your project, and what we can do to help you achieve your project goals.

Through working with several ICBs on falls projects, we’ve also picked up what works and what doesn’t, and we would be more than happy to share best practices and learnings with you.

Feel free to get in touch with us on 01473 741144, or by using the form at the bottom of this page to talk this through and get the process underway.

You’re an Occupational Therapist, with a client in mind

If you’re an Occupational Therapist with a client on your caseload with whom you would like to try the Raizer chair, chances are you’re looking to try the Raizer with the client before submitting your case for approval.

In this case, we have a couple of options:

  • We offer face-to-face client assessments with the Raizer, with our qualified physiotherapist Harry.
  • Alternatively, we can loan you a Raizer chair for a week, to try with the client yourself.

We realise that every case is different, so to get the best support from us please call us on 01473 741144, or contact us using the form at the bottom of this page, and we can talk through your needs.

You’re from a hospital, looking to improve your falls response

If you’re from a hospital that is anything like NHS West Suffolk Hospital, you’re looking to level up the falls response in your hospital, and are looking for a way to:

  • Respond to falls quicker and minimise the impact on staff time
  • Provide a more dignified solution for fallers
  • Improve the patient and staff experience

If this rings any bells with you, please get in touch on 01473 741144, or contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

For hospitals, we also offer the option of trialling the Raizer 2, to allow you to monitor the impact and results of the pilot and put a business case together for your equipment panel.
