You can book an assessment in our Ipswich showroom, where you can try the widest range of models before you buy – and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee! If you’re unable to visit our showroom, you can book a home visit. We’ll ask you a few questions to ascertain your needs so we can bring the best models for you to try.

If you need to confirm funding for your new chair, we can provide a personalised quote and work with any charity or Occupational Therapists involved. If you have a long term disability or medical condition, you are eligible for VAT relief.

Delivery, set up and handover is free of charge. This is done by our own in-house team, who bring your chair into your delivery address in two pieces for easier access, then set up where you need it to be. They’ll run through the functions again if you need a reminder and make sure you’re completely comfortable before leaving.
